Why?
I left him a negative feedback after he refused to give me a refund and guess what he then did. He filed a buyer dispute saying I never paid.
Its a shame I've got emails of him saying that he will send the item once the payment has been received and guess what he sent an item (the item wouldn't be counterfeit!). Oh and online banking as more evidence.
Now to show ebay/sony my evidence and get him shut down.

Why my 4gb pro duo memory stick is fake and who I got it from!
I didn't know it was fake and thought the poor performance was due to my card reader and brand new w850i.
It was only when I browsed the internet for these sorts of problems that I thought the card might be fake. A link to this ebay review was included in 1 of the posts.
I checked it out and now know that my item is fake.
Here is why the packaging is fake:

So now we know why it's fake (and why this page was set up, I can't explain all that in 80 characters for ebay) let's see who I got it from.
I got it from gur_man, a seller based in Thailand who requires payment through bank transfer. He also claims that the item is located in England (Middlesex) however my postal packaging clearly came from Thailand.
So I suggest you avoid him, he refuses to give refunds. Maybe I'll post up some of our emails in which he accuses me of being rude because he is a con artist.
